The project involved a new 12 storey commercial tower with retail floors on the bottom storey and 3 levels of basement carpark.
The new building was constructed after the demolition of the existing building while maintaining the existing heritage facade within Little Collins St.

Vesta Group supplied 5 new towers for this project, 4 x MSS-113 (2 with a duty of 1250kw & 1300kw respectively) and an MTT-112-3K12 with a duty of 2170kw.
