The new office, public car park and retail facility at 913 Whitehorse Road, comprises of:

  • Approximately 19,350 sqm of NLA over 13 office levels excluding the ground, mezzanine and roof
    mounted plant floors.
  • 300 car spaces over 6 levels accessed via Bruce Street.
  • Secure bicycle parking for 152 bikes is located on level one. This will also incorporate male and
    female locker and shower change room facilities.
  • The ground floor comprises two retail tenancies, the office entry foyer, loading dock, substation and
    car park entrance ramp.

Vesta Group supplied 2x AT-217-512L Cooling Towers – all connected with a balance line. The power and efficency are in line with the 5 star NABERS rating of the building.

These towers have been running for more than 5 years with no reported issues.
